members' listings or for the accuracy of the listing. We encourage sellers
to list their item as accurately and as detailed as possible. This will
help to minimise any confusion and problems later on in the selling
process.
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
A sellers' listing should not be used for advertising or promoting. Only the item in question may be referenced. A listing will be edited if it is deemed by Thegamesdock.co.uk that it breaks these rules and may be removed at the discretion of Thegamesdock.co.uk. Persistent abuse of the listings system will result in the removal of the members' account.
Thegamesdock.co.uk encourage buyers to contact sellers (and vice versa) and ask the relevant questions to help minimize any potential problems upon receivership of an item.
Thegamesdock.co.uk will not be held responsible or liable, including financially and time lost, for any problems relating to the purchase or the selling of an item that is listed on Thegamesdock.co.uk. Thegamesdock.co.uk cannot be held liable, including financially, for any problems with items that buyers receive from a listing on this Thegamesdock.co.uk website. This includes non-delivery of an item, faulty items, inaccurately described items and any other reason that causes the item/transaction to be considered unsatisfactory.
Trading between the buyer and the seller should be undertaken at the discretion of both parties to minimize any potential problems. Thegamesdock.co.uk will not be held responsible for any breakdown in communications between buyers and sellers be it through a lack of proper communication, human error or through any errors on thegamesdock.co.uk website.
Refunds will not be issued for any credits that have been bought through Thegamesdock.co.uk. A listing should be checked thoroughly before it is made live on Thegamesdock.co.uk. After this time, we will not refund a credit if a mistake has been made by the seller.
Contact between the buyer and seller will be initiated via Thegamesdock.co.uk buyers' contact form (on the item details page). Thegamesdock.co.uk will not be held responsible for the content of a message that is sent using this system. Nor shall Thegamesdock.co.uk be held responsible or liable for any spam messages that may be sent via this system. A valid email address is required upon signing up as a member so that buyer / seller communication can take place.
The selling process can begin when both parties are in agreement with the terms that both have discussed. The seller must ensure that the item is sent to the buyer within reasonable time upon receivership of payment. Both parties are responsible for ensuring that the buying and selling process is as seamless and problem-free as is reasonably possible within their control.
We offer a report service if a member of Thegamesdock.co.uk have been causing a problem. If this has been the case we will require the following details:
Your nickname
Your full name
Your email address
Nickname of member that you are reporting
Full details of why you are reporting the member

Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted. If you persist in doing this, action may be taken against your account.
Unused listings credits will not be refunded to any members that have been deemed to have broken the rules outlined within these terms.
Privacy
We will not sell your details and will never use them without consent. We will only ever use your email address to send newsletters (if you have requested us to do so) and to contact you if required.
Members' personal details are NEVER displayed on the website other than their city of location. Members' emails will be displayed upon sending a contact request from the item listings page. Email communication via Thegamesdock.co.uk contact seller form is the primary method to initiate communication with another member.
Thegamesdock.co.uk reserve the right to use a buyers' or sellers' personal details (name & address) if required to do so if it is deemed that a problem with a transaction has taken place. Thegamesdock.co.uk will always contact the person in question before doing this. Thegamesdock.co.uk cannot be held liable for any problems that may have occurred with a transaction.
